Remarks:
(1) Due to the adoption of Statement of Standard Accounting Practice SSAP
1 for the financial statements of the period ended 30 June 2000, certain
comparative amounts have been reclassified to conform to current year's
presentation. But there is no impact on the Group's results for the
previous year.
(2) The provision for doubtful debts of HK$1,118,000 and profit on
disposal of subsidiaries and associates of 13,925,000 and other revenue of
16,711,000 were already included in the profit for continuing operation of
56,593,000 for the period ended 30 June 2000.
